**ALERT** It has come to our attention that a fake check and letter has been circulating. These documents indicate that you have won money from Karl's Transport. This is a scam! Please disregard this letter and do not send the individuals money! 

Prospective driver must not have had more than three moving violations and no serious violations in the past three years.
 

Prospective driver must not have a MVR history that would be reasonably considered as a habitual violator of traffic laws and ordinances.
 

Prospective driver shall not have any more than two minor preventable accidents, nor more than one major preventable accident in the previous three years.
 

Prospective driver must not have had any of the following in the previous five years or ever while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle:- Driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or controlled substance.- Implied Consent, Expressed Consent, or BAC.
 

Prospective driver must meet the physical requirements of the Department of Transportation’s Certificate of Medical Examination, and Karl’s Transport Inc. Essential Job Functions, or have a bona fide waiver from the DOT regarding physical ability to safely operate a CMV, and must be otherwise qualified under Part 391.  Karl’s Transport, Inc. reserves the right to determine the location where drivers will go for their DOT Physicals.  Karl’s Transport, Inc. will pay for DOT Physicals, but if further testing is determined necessary it will be at the drivers expense.
 

Prospective driver must successfully pass a NIDA substance abuse screen.  Dilute Specimens will not be accepted.
 

Prospective driver must have a current, valid CDL with appropriate endorsements.
